This cosy, self-contained cottage is located just 5km from town on a small farm and is the ideal base from which to explore local wineries and the many tourist attractions found along Scotsdale Road – Denmark’s Scenic Drive. Nestled into a hillside, the cottage is backed by jarrah-redgum bushland that provides a colourful display of wildflowers during springtime. There’s an abundance of native birds and wildlife and you’ll always spot kangaroos grazing nearby. The cottage is handcrafted using mudbricks, local stone and natural timbers and its 2 bedrooms can sleep up to 6 people. There’s also a veranda and private outdoor area where you can relax with a book, enjoy a wine at sunset or cook on the barbeque. |
